Come out and see what's brewing at Craft Kafe on Second Saturday May 14th from 6-8pm to see a collection of my light painted photographs, some which were never exhibited before! I will talk about my process and inspirations, and answer questions during my artist talk.  Craft Kafe is an amazing space in St. Pete that specializes in gluten free treats, and delicious coffee using methods such as Kyoto drip. This will only be their 3rd art opening event and I'm extremely excited to be sharing my art in this wonderful establishment! Join me for a Second Saturday you won't soon forget!

Magic, Fantasy & Dreams

Join me this Saturday for the event of the year! The St. Pete Equality Gala benefits Equality Florida and will take place in Downtown St. Pete at the elegant Mahaffey Theater, across from the beautiful Dali Museum and incredible views of Tampa Bay. Expect live music, an exciting program, open bar and delicious hors d'oeuvres. I've donated an original 16x 20 signed and framed light painted photograph titled "Oxumare" for the art auction valued at $300 which will be available for bids with profits donated to Equality Florida.  Tickets for the event are $125, and can be purchased atwww.eqfl.org/greaterstpetegala .

We will have an intro to Light Painting, talk about the astrology for the month of May and set intentions which we desire to see manifested through unique and creative ways. Light refreshments will be provided. I encourage you to journal before the workshop and bring any items that center and elevate you. Join us at The Studios at 5663 for a celebration of the life and work of the legendary artist, Prince. We will have DJ Sai aka Tim Cheranichit spinning vinyls of classic music by the Artist Formerly Known As, and artist John Gascot will be projecting the film "Purple Rain" for your viewing pleasure. Wear your flair and do your hair in honor of The Purple One's impact on fashion, and be prepared to get creative with the artists as we paint, dance, sing, and capture images as a way to cope with the sad news of Prince's passing. Linda Costa Cheranichit will be doing Live Light Painting Performance, and will be available for commission to capture you in your paisley purple best! Free event and open to the public.
